My passion for food and cooking started from a young age. Having spent a lot of time in my childhood at my parent’s restaurant and watching my mum create tasty dishes in the kitchen, I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with food and trying new flavour combinations.
After completing a nutrition degree, my work has involved different aspects of diet and health, including creating Weight Watchers meal plans to help people eat well and lose weight.
At World Cancer Research Fund, I developed recipes for the supporter magazine and website, focusing on creating dishes that are simple, tasty and nutritious.
